  5. Tiny habits is a catchy title.Jaishree, the author must have gone through her own struggle in life to come up with a self help book. If we do not discipline our lives we will end up a messed up lot.Mindfulness, grititude, wellness with journaling are the new age mantras to lead a meaningful life.

  7. Interesting book but I'm sure i don't want to develop another habit except to drink water. That is something i need to work on but reminders on mobile help with that. Let's see. Otherwise will read this book.
